Hypnosis

That's a very hard subject for me to really make a solid answer. The thought of every girl I see taller is nice but having them really NOT be, it's just me hallucinating is kind of unsettling. I vote 'if it was temporary' only because it'd be nice to actually see a world of tall women in the flesh even if it wasn't real, but at least it would be clear and not just a image created in my head by the stories and drawings i've seen.

That's my input on it :)

To my knowledge, you wouldn't actually "see" giantesses. When someone is hypnotized to, lets say, be on fire. Their mind says "I need to act like I'm on fire to the best of my ability." That's why so many people believe hypnosis is fake, because if someone is a bad actor in real life, they also act poorly while hypnotized.So, in actuality, you wouldn't see giantesses and you probably wouldn't remember it. I'm also pretty sure it couldn't be permanent.

I do encourage such brainstorming though! It's potentially a cool idea. "Dumb"/crazy ideas are how most great ideas get started. Heck, I'm no expert on hypnosis, maybe you could pull it off!

if you join (don't worry, it's free as long as you don't want any premium services) you can download different hypnosis mp3's. I haven't checked out their entire arrey of products, but I think that there must be something like the "see giantesses" hypno idea, or at least something similar.

But beware: Firstly, not everybody reacts the same way to hypnosis. There's a high possibility that you don't get affected by it at all! And secondly, you really need A LOT of patience. On the forums there, some people said that you can be very proud of yourself if you get a result after ~6 months (!) of listening to such a file regularly.
